The tube is produced with 100% recycled aluminium, 95% of which is PCR. It is fully recyclable and has an aluminium closure instead of a plastic cap. Because every part of the tube is produced from aluminium, there is no need to separately manufacture and screw-on a plastic cap, which are too hard to recycle.
Secondary Packaging - As well as being fully recyclable and biodegradable, our box has FSC certification, meaning that the pulps used are all from managed forests. It is also Heavy Metal Free and, because the bleaching process avoids the use of harmful chlorine, it is classified ECF.
