If you’re not satisfied with a product, we will provide you a refund for the cost of that product (excluding any additional fees). Contact Customer Support on our site or in writing via info@theycode.com within 30 days of your order delivery date.

Please Note: the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee refund does not include any shipping fees, customs fees or any other additional fees. The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is only eligible for first-time full-size orders. 

INSTRUCTIONS

If you are a first-time buyer and would like to activate your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, just follow the steps below:

  1. Email info@theycode.com to request a refund and to
    receive the return address. Include a copy of your receipt (or a
    note with your order number, name, email address, phone number)
  2. On receipt of the items you will receive a refund, this can take
    between 3-5 business days to be reflected in your account.
    Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
  3. Existing users who create a secondary account with a different
    email address will not be eligible for the 30 Day Money Back
    Guarantee.
