How often should I exfoliate?
Depending on how sensitive your skin is, and the intensity of the product you use, you should ai to exfoliate 2-3 times per week.
Exfoliation by skin type
For dry skin look for a gentle, moisturising exfoliator, preferably with glycolic acid. Avoid using mechanical exfoliants.
If you have sensitive skin, use a gentle exfoliator or soft brush twice a week. If you find this is too much, talk to your doctor or dermatologist about other skincare options.
